About me

When she was a young girl living in Korea, Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim began learning all she could about the martial arts. She trained with some of the top masters in the world, and became an expert on the forms and the theories of martial arts. While she enjoyed this work tremendously, Grandmaster Dr. Tae Yun Kim also felt as though something was massing from the traditional forms she had studied and knew so well. So she began developing her own form of martial arts. This new form, known as Jung SuWon, was officially recognized as a unique martial art style in 1989.
